I lined up the blades by their bolsters you you can see the differences in both blade and handle length.

My chopping family. L to R:

15" 30oz Bonecutter by Bhakta
17" 30oz GRS by Sher
18" 36oz Bonecutter by the Sgt
16" 33oz CAK by Bhakta

Living in OC CA doesnt give me a lot of extra wood to chop so none of these have use on them yet...

Surprizingly the 15" BC feels the best in the hand and like it would do some serious cutting. It's also hands down the sharpest of the lot.

The GRS is very lively. It's amazing how different the balance is between chirwa and stick tang models.

The Sgt's BC is a monster... it feels more like a demolition hammer than a knife. Blade finish is excellent.

Bhakta's 16" CAK has by far the best fit and finish one this group. It's really too pretty to use. I'll probably keep this one for a display piece. It's also my first HI product and is the cause of my HIKV.

Great lineup DB. Bhakta's work speaks for itself. I have a couple of examples of his work and I am very pleased. BTW-I really like that Ganga Ram!

Great collections, thank you for sharing
