anything to say about all those? favorites? best for purpose and why?

Chop fest coming this weekend, and I'll have a better report then. Lots of the new blades are going to get a little dirty.

So far though, for a quick blade, I like my BK-9, but I'm betting the Rat Mastiff and the SHBM give it more than a run for its money. In the straight line category, nothing chops like the FBM-LE so far. With the heft and the full flat grind, it's a beast. But so too are those too Khadka made khuks if you're into curved blades.

I'm interested too in how the three Res C blades will stack up: Basic 9 (another quick but efficient chopper), Battle Rat, and Dog Father. We'll see.
 
Awsome collection of choppers there mate. I hope you have a lot of trees that need trimming!!
