Thanks dogg......just got back from some dirt time with it. It's pretty awsome. After beating the tar out of the Choppy since I received it.......I still can't get over how deep it bites. I haven't even thinned the shoulders out yet.

The kit is killer. I can't imagine there's anything else I would need for an extended stay in the woods with nothing but my new set up. The water proof container is really slick. Waaayyyyyyyy better than an altoids tin! Stores a ton more goodies as well. It fits the oversized pouch perfect.

Kind of hard to tell in the pics because there's really nothing to compare it to, but the container and pouch are really big. Very pleased with it.

It looks like one of those waterproof cigarette containers you can get from a campground.

Nice setup man. Is that an Otterbox container?

The container is a Witz Sports Case. Super cool. Very heavy duty and water proof with lanyard so it stays attached to your sheath. I've been using altoids tins for years and have always wanted a better way. These are perfect for an oversized pouch.

Nice setup!
How heavy is it all together?

Thanks man. I don't have a scale......but a real good guess for the complete package would be right around 35 to 40 ounces. Yeah it's heavy, but I made for kind of a total, all in one survival kit. It's still a lot lighter than my Junglas kit which is very similar.

Me, too. Thank you

Right on man. Heres a close up of the one in my Junglas. Same as Choppy's.......but this one is tinted. Choppy's is solid black. I like the look of the solid black but i can see how being able to see through the container would be helpful in a pinch.

I like the clear one also. Nice to see where everything is. I have a choppy set up similar to yours but not the oversized pouch.

So I did a little surfing for the Witz cases, but they have a bunch of different sizes, from id badges to cell phones and bigger. Do you remember which model you got? I would be wanting it to fit this: (Esee5 accessory pouch if I remember right)

The dimensions are 4 1/4 inches long by 2 1/2 inches wide by 1 1/4 inches thick. This particular model is too big to fit into the Esee pouch. Those Esee pouches are nice though! The pouches I use on these two blade are made by Red Rock Outdoors. I believe they are designed for storage of M16 cartridges. Very overbuilt.

Nice dogg. The one I posted is actually tinted. They do make one that is completely clear as well as many other colors. I would like to see the pics of your setup.

Yep, a little too big for my RMD setup. Maybe I'll slap an RRO pouch on an M9 :D Thanks for all the info bud!

If I were to carry that much stuff as a set, I'd go a different way about it. I'd use the big pouch as the belt attachment and drop the sheath lower (with a leg strap) and maybe a smaller pouch on the sheath. Along the lines of this set up

Borrowed Andy's pic, but the idea was mine. It woul be fairly easily done, even a leather pouch with a loop for spec-ops sheath.
