Chosera stone recommendation on KME diamond set

I have the kme system with the diamond stones and a strop with 4 and soon a 1 micron emulsion.

I am getting really sharp blades but I am getting a little OC on this and want the sharpest I can get with the KME system. I have been reading about the chosera stones and I would like to incorporate them into my set. But they are pricey.

Any suggestions for a set of chosera stones to work with the diamonds. I don't mind working a stone longer to make up for an easier step in stones.

Hi,
According to the internet
KME Gold Series X-Fine Stone – 1500 grit
is probably 9 micron, although it might be 10 micron ...
the 1000 Grit Choosera is 11.5 micron
and the 2000 Grit Chosera is 6.70 micron
and the 10000 Grit Chosera is 1.47 micron

if you add 4micron and 1micron emulsions,
then I don't see any room for the Choseras :)

unless you're going for a mirror polished look ,
then the 4 micron 3000 grit chosera is a start ...

so the internet says :)

You might also want to do a bit of research on the diamond lapping films. I've used some (not on the KME), they give great results, and are easier to use. (There's several YouTube videos demonstrating them).
