Chris Reeve annual Sebenzas

Hello everyone.. I am interested in learning about the
Chris Reeve annual Sebenzas with limitied edition inserts?... Large and small..

Has anyone compiled of what year they started??

I know some years the wood inserts are the same for the large and small sebenzas- What year was this??
In other years, the small and large had different inserts.

Anyone with information on the complete sets, which years they were produced, and the wood inserts used for each year and
anything else would be just GREAT!!

I believe there were many version different thought out the years 10-15??
