I am looking at my 2011 Spyderco calendar as i put it away in my collection of knife stuff and I wonder how friggin awesome it would be to have a CRK calendar with collectors and users photo's selected for each month.

Has an idea like this been kicked around before?

They (Spyderco) had a contest on their forum in October of 2010 they selected 13 pictures (1 cover 12 months) and gave away some pretty nice knives, i won a PPT folder for the month of September and the box signed by Fred himself :D but some SOB stole it about 2 months ago :grumpy:

If some fixed and folder pic's like i have seen in the stickies could be in a calendar and some history/time line dates sprinkled in too i would want at least one myself.

What are your thoughts/ opinions?
 
i'd buy one :p

have some of the classics for a few months, then have some rare ones the other months with info on each, one month with a group shot of the limited editions specific to stores(tanto, carbon fiber, insingo, wilson combat, etc)
 
That'd be a calendar I'd buy! Sure beats the Arizona cactus one I got for Christmas :p - no offense to cactus.
 
You could always make your own on flikr, we send one to my mother every year made up of pictures of my daughter.
 
They can be made easily on my Apple computer(ordered from Apple.) We should uses Fooj's photos.
 
I'm not suggesting using old photo's but submitting new ones from the great collections around here.

It would make an interesting thread then vote to select the best of the best.
