Chris Reeve Mystery Steel?

I was looking around to order a sebenza, and I found a little pamplet for the new Umnumzaan. Beside where it said blade steel, it said:

"**Mystery Steel: This new steel, still in development and used here for the first time by Chris Reeve knives, will be formally introduced at the shot show January 2009. The Blades have a hidden identifying mark on them. Once the announcement has been made, the owner of the knife will be notified of the steels manufacturer and alloy details, and position of the identifying mark...."

Since it is now March 2009, I assume the steels details have been released. Anyone know more about this?

EDIT: I should add that the standard steel for Umnumzaan is still S30V. This mystery steel was for a limited selection.

Very interesting...I thought it was s30v. Unless there was a plan change, lets hope "the mystery steel" will be at least just as good.

Usually when I hear “mystery steel” I think 440a or something like that. However from CRK I bet its gonna be good. Anyone know what it is?
