It doesn't appear to be a 21 at the very least. The washers in your pics don't appear to be asymetric, the clip is missing the double dip, the detent hole doesn't go through the blade, and there is no date stamp on the scales. Perhaps its a Classic? But it also seems to be missing the Classic stamp...

It wouldn't hurt to take pictures of the assembled knife. One of the tells is how deep the blade sits in the handle.

Send it to CRK - if it's real they can recondition and reissue a new birth card - should add value.

If its fake they will tell you - then you know for sure.

thanks guys..the blade does not to sit to deep in the frame..maybe sending it in is the way..someone told me it was real but an older model..most tell tale signs of a fake are not present on this knife..according to youtube vids.. i guess i need a chris reeve pro..thanks again..and if anyone knows anything else please let me know! :))

For sure go ahead and send it in. If its real that's a find because that is an older model- maybe even with ats34 steel. It is not a 21 you can tell from the clip and the fact that the scales don't have a date on them.

I could be wrong, but it looks fake to me.
It's either an old classic, or a 25. But it definitely is not a 21.
A 21 does not have the extra finger grooves, so it looks like a 25. Depending on how old this particular model is, there should be a letter and 2 numbers on each titanium slab.
The clip does not seem to fit into any cut out in the slab, and the groove on the clip does not look functional like a real Chris Reeve clip.

Like I said, I could be wrong. You might have received a very old classic..I'd suggest sending it in.

Clip is from pre-classic,21 version with ATS-steel blade nad thick titanium, some first regulars has them too.
Washers are allright, possible from Classic or ATS version.
Framelock cut looks as original to me, also the blade with jimping and thumbstud.

What is that dot/hole next to ball ?

It looks like an Classic Seb without stamps "Classic" with and newer blade without "S" or "V" markings and with an old version clip.
Could be an prototype/first run between "thick slabs" and Classic with a replaced blade.

It looks like an early post "P" Sebenza, judging by the washers, clip and thumb stud. All the hardware is consistent for that generation of knife, the wear and tear is not surprising. Probably made in 1995 or 1996 before they switched to the "Regular" (Galuka) style.

WOW looks the same thickness yesss..looks exactly the same..thanks for the pics.. getting that GOOD feeling lol

The reason I asked is some people like to swap parts but that looks 100%. Excellent Score

It seems as if you got some reputable confirmation that it real from someone who knows. If were you, I'd still send it in for a refurb.
