Chris Reeve Survival Mk IV (1 of 5 made)

I have a Chris Reeve Survival Mk IV knife (1 of 5 ever made) which i won at the South African Bianchi match in 1987. I have the documentation for the knife. Does anyone know what sort of value this holds. Many thanks.
