Chris Reeve wallet?

I got one a while ago and it is fantastic.I don't use it every day (the Bridge one comes out then) as it only holds about 2 cards but it is perfect for holidays etc when you have to carry a small wallet in your front pocket. :)

I carry mine a lot. One reason is when I just want to carry a very light wallet, a few cards, bills, some coins. I always carry in the front pocket and with this I can even carry in some flapped or buttoned shirt pockets.

Another reason is traveling, with most of my cards and money in my regular wallet, front pants pocket, I can carry the CRK wallet with travel money, so I'm just pulling out this little purse-like item in public, not flashing a thick wallet to attract thieves.

By the way, I don't fold my bills in half and tuck them in the wallet, I flatten them and insert one end in the back compartment and let the flap cover the long end sticking out. This way I can pull the bills I need without taking them all out and fanning them. I find I can even slide bills back into the setup easily.

I've had it long enough that it's been overstuffed a few times and always seems to retain its flat profile once the cards and coins are gone. It's been sweated up pretty thoroughly, too, this summer, and dries off quickly and doesn't get stiff.

Good idea about carrying your bills that way.I might try that! :)

Esav, I would very much like to see this wallet next time we meat! ;)

I took the plunge and ordered the wallet yesterday. Should be here in about a week or so. Will post pictures and a review when I get it. :) Thanks, Anne!
