Hey everybody, hope your holiday preparations are going well (or at least better than mine). I've been procrastinating like mad, and am paying the price. But I've finally got some progress made and showing it off here makes it more likely I'll actually finish it
Some of you might remember this bag I made last Christmas for my girlfriend:
Well my best friend saw it and said "I want a quiver like that!" He's mildly into archery, but to get to an area you can shoot from our place means a walk through some pretty overgrown woods, and his arrows were catching on brush and branches. So this is only half done, it'll have a locking cap that fits over the top and uses the three lugs inside to latch on to. Also still need to make the harness for it, which will be modular so it can be worn on the back or hip:
Roll up game board (Tak) for my GF, designed to fit inside the bag I made for her last year. Will get dyed and have weights on the ends to keep it flat when unrolled:
The bag is for my mom, pretty much a copy of the one I made for the GF, but with a different closure mechanism. Deck box was just a project for myself, but looked good in the picture.
Happy Holidays everybody, hopefully I'll have pictures of the finished products in a day or two.
