Christmas... and special use of my knife

Some of you may remember (well, it's third time I post such kind of picture here) that there is a very strong and quite old tradition in Poland to serve fresh water fish during Christmas Eve dinner, when all family meets usually. So every year it's my duty to prepare it... and every year I select the very special knife for that. There was a time for Sebenza, also for Scout, but this year it's not essentally Chris Reeve knife. However, it is also "at home" here, no questions about that IMHO. So if it's not Chris' than... of course it's one of Bill's custom creation, and in this case his Oregon Hunter proto.
