Those are fantastic pieces!

Great snag on that AK Bowie.

Actually I also live the handle of the chitlangi . Too bad I already got one . Congrats Ted.

Hi Steely, the Bowie looks like a hybrid bet a gurkha knife n hunting knife. Have yet to find out it's strength!

Dude that knife was designed by several forum friends to be about as bomb proof of a bowie as you can make. It's a tank.

If it had a wooden grip on it, I would have tried to snap it up:D

Probably my all time favorite HI model.

I'm wearing mine as we speak, wore it to work today. You are not gonna hurt it. You can take that to the bank and draw interest.

It's all completely Steely's fault that I love these Bowie's, didn't even turn my head when I first saw them but thanks to another member who sent me one when my desire was still in it's infancy I'm crazy about them.

Beast is an understatement.

Well, thanks Phil! I have a Gelbu Special with neem wood also. It's nice and has a revealing grain on it. Looks great when I polish the handle. Really reveals the grain pattern. Back to the Blues hockey game. See ya Phil.

The neem wood is not the usual fare, you are lucky to have 2! I like the grain pattern a lot. I have a similar size chit with horn handle and it is a great piece. Yours looks like it has one deep fuller, which would also make it unique since they usually have 2 smaller ones!

Good observation Phil. You have a trained eye. Actually I acquired a deradune last week, that I believe is neem wood also. It's a beast.

Oh I love my Mini AK... would carry it everywhere if it was a tad lighter. One tank of a knife!
