I've been following the forums for years, but posting recently, and wanted to do a giveaway to show my thanks for such a great forum and group of people. Since it's hard to get now, and I know a lot of people missed the sale last year, I want to offer up a chance for a bk15.
Here is the stipulation: It is on the honor system. I'm offering this for those who currently don't have a 15 in their collection. To enter, you have to post a picture of your favorite way to carry one of your Beckers.
I'll run it until December 13th and pick the winner with a random number generator, so it's shipped by Christmas for you. I'll post a pic of the knife later when I can get a shot of it.

I do not have one yet, and had not expected to get one anytime soon. I just acquired a BK-16 which I am in the process of modding a bit and making a new sheath for though. I will be happy to enter if I am able. Though I have lurked around these forums for years, I even had an old account years ago, I only recently re-registered as I couldn't for the life of me, remember my old credentials.... I will agree though, this place has been a very welcome escape from the social media norm and I have been enjoying myself immensely.

As far as my favorite manner of carry, I make sheaths for all my knives and I generally like the scout style. However, I do make them modular so I can switch it up a bit if needed. Here is a pic of me from a couple years ago with my BK-9 in a sheath I made for it strapped to my pack.

This isn't an entry as I also already have a 15 (or two or three). However, this is an AMAZING GAW which folks ought to pile in on.
 
I only have my one Becker, a bk9 and it rides in the emergency bag in my car. I may bring it out to play but it always goes back since it's a good feeling to have a tank of a knife at the ready all the time.

Boring? Yes. Practical? Also yes.

Amazing GAW and, one of the only times I could possible imagine where owning a BK15 is a negative.:D:eek:
 
Awesome GAW! I'm in. I have a 16, 2, 4, 14, and 11. The 15 would compliment my setup nicely!

My farovite way to carry my 16 is on my strong side hip in this leather pouch sheath:

I actually do not have a BK15.
Here's my favorite way to carry my BK11. Necker style.
I think it was C-Bear that recommended putting pull chain inside some paracord sleeving. That way it could be pulled off in an emergency situation.

But any belt knives I prefer a dangler on my hip.

Thanks for the chance! I usually carry folders but I like to have a nice fixed blade or two for camping and hiking. I would love the slightly larger BK15. I currently carry my BK11 in a kydex sheath.

I don't have a 15; my 16 takes up almost all my woods bumming time (but I'm sure it could share some time with its cousin [emoji4])

As for carrying systems, I like to dabble in leatherwork, so I'd probably make a dangler for it.

Awesome pics fellas, that's what I was hoping for.....to see some different sheaths and systems....and of course Beckers!
 
Wow, very generous. I only have a couple Beckers so far (4 & 13, big 'n small), but definitely see more in my future. This little guy makes for a great back pocket drop. Actually easy to forget it's even there.
