Recommendation? Christmas Gift

So since christmas is coming up and Im really hard to shop for, my dad said he’d just get me an emerson but to pick out the model. I currently edc a cqc15 black coated with serrations and I have a zt 0920 coming in that i plan on carrying along with my emerson. (Yes I carry 2 blades lol) I have my eye on a cqc 13 and a roadhouse. My only problem with the roadhouse is that I free hand sharpen and for me its a bit hard to do curved tanto blades cause im scared of rounding off the second point. Im in love with both models but its hard to pick. The cqc 8 and commander never really caught my attention. But I would love to hear your guys suggestions and feel free to recommend another knife. Emersons only please


p.s I forgot to mention that i love the handle on the cqc13 and the emerson tiger also somewhat has me interested.

I feel the same about tantos.
The cqc8 is just a tad too large
The horseman is just about the best edc emerson has put out in my opinion. It is so user friendly and versatile, and the perfect size for EDC.
Im working on moving all my production emersons, and will one day have a custom emerson, and the horseman is the custom I will own.
 
A blacked out A-100. Sure, it's not as sexy as the rest of the lot, but by their own description:
" It truly is the “Father” of all of our tactical designs." Could be a good tie-in to your Pops getting you a new knife.
(Admittedly though, that Horseman is pretty nice.)
