I've been wanting one of these knives for a really long time. Few makers seem to offer them (my buddy Rick Marchand being a notable exception) so I was happy when Milan Mozolic agreed to take on the project. And even happier when the knife arrived. The deep, wide fuller and raised clip may be departures from the traditionall - but then so is a damascus blade - and all of those features combine to add drama to what is already a pretty dramatic fighting blade. The sheath and shoulder sling are made from very fine quality leather, and compliment the knife beautifully. It's a blade that really wants to rotate - it wants to... go. It has a restless feel, in a weapon-first tool-second kind of way. Happy to have it.

Milan makes a nice knife. He used to offer some of his fixed blade knives here in the BF KnifeMaker's Market but seems to be mostly on Instagram these days (mozolicknives). Lately he has been making quite a few cool looking folders.

Yep he definitely seems to have caught the folder bug. This is my second piece from him, so glad I was able to secure two fixed blades before the folders took over. :)

Roger, for some reason that I don't fully understand, the fact that you're still supporting custom knife makers and posting your new goodies on Bladeforums makes me happy!

Cheers Lorien - I'm not nearly so active as back in the day, but still happy to pick up the occasional piece that really floats my boat.
Been watching Milan's work for years. Never seen anything from him that wasn't superb. Nice score.
Thanks much!
Spectacular, Roger, Happy New Year!!
Cheers Win - same to you and yours!

Good to see you around Roger. Beautiful piece. But I like this one even better.

Both are very nice.

Cheers Jon - I've always had a soft spot for stag and Damascus, and it's still there.

Joe - happy new year bud!
