Yesterday morning, my Wife (I was married this June to a beautiful woman that I love dearly) said "want to take a day trip with me?" Yes was the answer. She says she's found a new brewerly we could try.(she likes beer, I'm in heaven!) So off we go. After about 2 1/2 hrs. of driving, she tells me we are headed to Bluefield to New Grahams!!!!

I get to walk in and "pick a knife" any knife. I look at knives for about an hour and I end up at the Spyderco case. (I'm pretty sure I was not getting anything from the Reeve display:grumpy:) I picked a Sage and my Wife liked a SOG Visionary. Kelly, who works there, was very helpful and funny with some of her comments. It was a great day, I handled a lot of knives and was able to,at last, take my "grail" trip to New Grahams.

Great ride! Enjoy your Sage, I love mine. I've been within 2 hours of NGK on holiday the last two years but never made it over there. Next year for sure. I'll get to see the new building and displays.
 
That is so wonderful. Thank you for sharing that story and congrats on the new knife.

Where exactly is this knife mecca/superstore ? Do they have a website ?
 
I got a great knife in a box from A.G.Russel and was looking at the Paul knife in their catalog. My wife saw me and asks if I wanted to get one. I said "Yes." She went to the bed room and came back with an original Paul that I had given her ~25 years ago! She said that she had treasured it because I had given it to her but had never used it and wanted to now give it to me. There are not words to describe how happy I am with my Great wife and my new knife. (In fact I posted this on another thread and think it applies again.) :D:D:D
