Just arrived yesterday so it's a late Christmas present from me to me. This is one substantial knife and a real beauty! My first from a South American maker.

That's a sweet piece. What's the dimensions?
Nice pick-up.
There's lot's of talented knifemakers in South America.

Kevin, this was one of Ariel's first Nessmuk project knives.

San Mai Damascus in 1010/1070 with a 5160 core.
Overall length is 8" with a 3 1/2" cutting edge. 3 3/4" from tip of the blade to the handles. 1/8" thickness (actually close to 3/16").

Here's a link to Ariel's Nessmuk project page. http://www.aescustomknives.com/docs/pro_nessmuk.htm

Thanks for posting it :)

(Pictures are from tracer-san, he takes all my knives pictures for the website/forums)
