Hi guys,
just played with some of my knives and some sheats of sandpaper. I love convex edges. They look cool and they´re easy to sharpen.
My Laguiole:
....and second my Fallkniven U2 (i´ve got this today).
First photo is before i started:
Raw grinding with a Fallkniven DC4 diamond/ceramic stone and #120 grit sandpaper.
after polishing with Micro Mesh #1500 (great stuff)
and after finishing it with Micro Mesh #12000
Well, there are some scratches left. It was my fist try, so it´s not eally perfect, but i like it.
