Good picks, TG. The Bashpati has been very tempting. I really like a 14-16" khuk for daily carry. That one would be a dream at just a bit over an oz per inch.

I'm going to guess that the siru is a tad under 3/8 and the bash is closer to 1/4 based on the weight. I'm very curious about the bashpati.
 
That Bashpati is a very graceful knife. I'm sorry now that I didn't take a closer look when it was still available.
