I think you might be pleasantly surprised by what an efficient blade the 15" GRS is. I have one (my very first HI) and it is a real workhorse - nearly on par with my 18" M-43 and outchops my 16.5" WWII.

Great stuff today Yangdu! I am going to have to be quicker to get one of the Jolas and/or some of those awesome hats!:D

The Jola arrived ( my first ) and it is really well made and has an ingenious design. The whole pack zips into a smaller package---perfect for travel and conversation starter during those awkward silent spots with relatives you haven't seen in a while... Thanks Yangdu! :)
