I finally had a bit of time over Christmas eve, and today to do a few strip jobs, and some small mods to my BK-7.

They are not in horrible shape, but I am not a fan of coatings.

Handles off.

This is after the first coat of stripper.

I took the BK-7 out for a little "ramp-away", and added the cocobolo scales that I was recently given by crimsonfalcon.

Here is the "new" group shot, I am much happier with them now! Thanks for looking.

Esee has a primer under there blades, so when you strip the coating it will still have some protection...

Well I'm relieved, I saw Flexx replied to a thread about stripping and I feared the worst :D

Blades are looking good Josh. For some reason I've never had the urge to strip any of my ESEE knives, but I like the looks of that 5.

The logo still shows up perfectly, just not in my crappy pictures. I have a stripped ESEE 4 as well.

What's your favorite Becker as of right now. Mine is changing from my 11 to the BK7, after doing the full blade polish, she sure does cut even smoother.

I use my 14 the most, followed by the BK-2. The Bk-7 would be my choice for a "one tool" option.
