Need help.
Looking for new approach to get this think open. I have had advice from other but looking for new insight.
This is my second as Christy was nice enough to send out another one. I have seen how it is supposed to open but after about 2 man-hours and 2 different knives. still no luck. Pushing the little button sideways (toward the blade edge should disengage the pin that slides into the hole in the frame. Thought I would give it one more try before giving up. It looks so simple and I really don't think I am that stupid.
Ready to send both back even if they don't refund (kinda pricey as they are brass)

Are you pressing the button in before you push it sideways? if so, do not do that

No. Just slide button sideways and try to move blade forward.

Correct, press down, push forward to notch, press down again push to next notch
Close is push down and pull button back to notch.
Your not the only one, me included. Just practice and you'll get it

Ha! Just helping. This is the worst of the 5 or 6 sites I'm on. Not an expert, and this new format is terrible IMHO and I know less about computers than I do about knives!

I like the new format, it's easy to read. And easy to find things.
