I'm looking to buy some chromium oxide powder to polish steel.

This is the green abrasive stuff that is used to put the final polish on blades. Very often it is used to strop a knife on a leather belt.
I need it in a powder or a liquid, not in bar form.
Does anybody know of a source?
 
I believe Rio Grande Jewelers Supply has that. Search Google for RG, or let me know and I'll get the URL.
