Chuck Stapel

I've been more interested in tactical and Japanese-style knives for a few years, but a friend of mine introduced me to Chuck a few weeks ago. I placed two custom orders from him and picked up a small fighter and a small utility from him. He really is a great guy and the fit and finish of his knives is awesome. I did some searching and discovered that he made several knives for the shot show and is known for making some knives for movies, film stars, and the country music industry. Really a down to earth guy.

Chuck Stapel is not only a good maker but a class act. I have spent time in his shop. He makes a lot of knives for the Hollywood crowd and has been for years.
