Chuddy Bear sheath for the BATAC

I ordered a Chuddy Bear sheath for the BATAC, and I finally had a chance to take some photos of it this morning:

The workmanship is outstanding, and the fit is great.

That's sweet, man! I have a sheath on the way from Chuddy Bear for my FFBM. I can't wait! His work looks great online, I bet it'll be awesome in person. (How many cows had to die for that sheath? It'll be huge!) He's a really great guy to deal with, too.

Thats FANTASTIC!!!

Question... as Chuddy's edge's are SO DARN neat, I can't see if he has tapered the blade end to that there are only 2 layers of leather, compared to the three at the pomel... please let me know!

It tapers from five layers to four.

I really havent been caught up enough on sheath orders to try anything new, someday when I get ahead of the game I might play around with some different things.
