Cigar Cutter mark

I realize that cigar cutters don't fit in this category but I am attempting to identify a mark that might also be found in personal grooming devices. It is a German steel mark that is a kind of a cross with three "s" marks--one to each side and one below. ENORMOUS gratitude to helping me identify this mark.
