A humble cigar humidor cabinet arrives... :D At this point it is from crate to setup. This will be an unusual and ongoing TIP (Test In Progress) of a very interesting article of gear.

I have combined the contents of several satellite humidors into almost one. The new Cigar Oasis Magna 2.0 humidifier should be a welcome addition for some great well aged sticks. ;) And feel free to come back to see how this one develops!

But I am curious. Do YOU use a humidor or other tobacco storage device? If so what do you use?

Sounds gorgeous brother. :) Are you able to post a photo?

Here is the update regarding the "seasoning" of the humidor. Apologies for the slight delay in post... ;)

I just have a big glass jar with a rubber gasket and use the rechargeable gel pellet things. Got into pipes and cigars to quit cigarettes. After vaping there's no turning back. Saving my last montecristo Cubans for a special occasion but will probably never smoke them.

I just have a basic wooden humidor at home. Sorry no pic. I run the little brass humidifier under water every week or so. I only smoke 1 or two cigars a month but when i want one, i want one and like a good fresh smoke.

Regular Humidor I got off of Ebay for like $30, looked butt ugly in the pictures, but it works well.

Threw away the worn out humidifier, use Boveda packs instead, and they work wonders. Most of my sticks have been in there for about a year now, after the last IPCPR show in NOLA, the reps were plenty generous in handouts to this poor tobacconist.

I just use a travel xumidor, I don't keep cigars around for longer then 2 or 3 weeks before there smoked :-)

My wife got me this Diamond Crown years ago, but I haven't kept it charged and loaded for a while.

I picked this up several years ago, I think it was $120.00 at the time. I seasoned it and so far it's held up excellent. I live in a dry climate and only need to recharge every couple of weeks, I use Heartfelt Beads, 65%. I keep around 100 cigars in it, the extras go in an 18 cigar travel humidor, I use Boveda 69 in it.

I just have a basic humidor for about 50-60 sticks and use four of those throw away tubes. I mist the inside about twice a week because of the extremely low humidity here in the desert SW.

Yeah that. The Boveda packs being pre-regulated are GTG right out of the packaging and are a charm to work with.

Coolerdor. Igloo cooler from Wal-Mart with the unscented silica kitty litter in plastic tubs. Holds rock solid at 67% in my basement.

Awesome man, 100% the same here. I think mine has been going 7-8 years now.

I also recently bought a bundle of Vudu's in part for the sweet airlock jar:

It seems as though this has turned into a TIP (Test In Progress) to determine more details about this humidor. The cigar Oasis Magna 2.0 Humidor & Cigar Tower - 14 Day Update (I know the dates of post do not match up but THAT is when the video was taken):

At the 20 day point the cabinet appears to have established "seasoned" humidification.
