My good friend Ricardo brought me this at the Solvang show. I don't think you can call it a cutter so I decided on tool. Certainly unique!

Looks pretty neat. I wouldn't mind having one of those. Its a punch and pin. You can use the pin to either loosen up the cigars draw or some people like to push a pin through the cap instead of making a cut. The punch is just that;it takes a circular bit off the cap of the cigar.
