CISO-SF SOG knives... what's the difference?

I ran across these knives in the March issue of Tactical Knives. I have a SOG company S1, and was wondering what the difference is, and which are closer to the originals. Any input is appreciated.

I am not familiar with the CISO SOGs, but noticed they are ATS-34 stainless (satin?) where the originals were SK-3 carbon steel, blued for "stealth, and protection.
Spencer (I understand) also has, or had originals when he designed the Bowie, and Recon Bowie (both blued SK5 carbon tool steel), the Scuba/Demo (AUS-8) is too rare...
