What are the opinions/experiences of those who have worn a Citizen Eco-Drive? How's the reliability and durability? What problems, if any, have there been?

I gave one to my girlfriend for Christmas a year ago. She wears it daily and has not had any problems with it. :)

My wife and I both wear Citizen Eco-Drives every day, mine is a SkyHawk and hers an oval Silhouette. They are both very accurate and have been completely reliable. Even the tiny Silhouette has tood up under moderate abuse without any damage or problems.

I recommend them!

I have Citizen Eco-Drive World Timer and I love it! It's the most accurate watch I've seen yet (0.5 sec slow after 3 weeks), and not having to worry about batteries is great.

In the spring and summer, short sleeves and ambient light are sufficient to keep it charged. In winter with long sleeves, I just leave it in my window for a weekend day and it charges it up great.

The World Timer also has a titanium case/bracelet and it's a lot lighter than steel. Plus, no reactions to skin and sweat.

I do have a couple of small scratches on the crystal. That's the only downside: mineral glass. Sapphire would have been great.
