Just got a Citizen pro Diver mod BJ8050-08E....Anyone ever see them before ? Relatively new I think. It's a whopping 46 mm wide without the crown, and 18mm thick. I am new to posting so I didnt attach any pics. This thing is beautiful ! ! ! Water reisistant to 300 m, and has a 6mm thick crystal. This is an Eco Drive model, but there is an automatic model, as well as a titanium Eco Drive model. I wanted a Seiko Black monster, but this thing makes theblack monster look like a ladies watch. I got a good deal on mine, 235 out the door, and Citizen has a $25 rebate for any Eco Drive watch $300 or more, so it will only have cost $210. Very nice lumination as well. You can Google the mod # to seepics.

I think the Citizen Eco Drive is what to buy, no matter the size or style. Incredibly convenient time pieces. I have four of them and my wife has three. Congratulations.

Is that the one some people call the Eco-zilla? I have a few Eco Drives but I don't like watches that are so big they interfere with things like pulling jackets on/off and hanging up on things.

I saw that this is indeed known as the Eco Zilla. I had only just seen this watch two weeks before I bought it. I have always liked large watches, but I am surprised at how many people really don't. I bought a Casio Ocean Pathfinder two years ago, and then earlier this year, a Suunto Advizor. These are two very big watches, and now my Seiko, and Luminox watches all seem so small, and I actually feel strange wearing them. I still recommend this watch to anyone who likes em big. Plus the price was very good. I found it online for $195, printed up the info, went to the watch store , and asked if they could come down on their price, they asked for $235 even, and at present, Citizen has a rebate of $25 on all Eco Drives $300 and over. So when all is said and done, the watch will only have cost $210. Not bad for a watch that retails for $375 plus tax, here in California, 8.25 % tax is an extra $30. As far as the watch snagging on long sleeve shirts, I usually leave the sleeve buttons undone, or roll up the sleeves.
