Blade Art shows a Limited Edition Carbon Fiber Civillian on their site with reversible clip. I am assuming that is meant for tip-up or tip-down and not left handed carry. Anyone have any info on this. I know Spyderco made some left handed versions of the Civillian if you can find them.

I believe that the clip on the CF Civvie is for tip-up/tip-down right-handed carry. Bestknives.com has some as well. I haven't seen the back of one, so I couldn't say if there are more holes for the clip on the other side of the handle.

Tip-up/down, right hand only or left hand only for right handed or left-handed models respectively.

Carlos and Liko, Thanks for the reply. I thought maybe that was the case it was just wishful thinking on my behalf. Anytime I see reversible clip I tend to get excited.

SouthPaw,

Spyderco listed a Left Hand version of the C12CF. We never ordered any so I don't know if they were ever produced. You may want to check with Spyderco to know for sure.

leftie CF civies were produced. I own a plain and a serated. SFO might have some more....
