Civivi and WE Vision blades

I have the Civivi Vision FG, and I'm curious if the WE Vision R blade is interchangeable? I abhor the pocket clip on the WE Vision R (otherwise I would have gotten the WE model), but would like a better steel than Nitro-V. Is the tang and pivot geometry the same between the two?
