I’m looking for a new budget edc knife and I’m debating between the civivi elementum and the steel will cutjack. If anyone has an opinion on this I would love to here.

I prefer the elementum over my mini cutjack. I would consider it almost a gentleman's knife and own the ebony wood as well as the damascus and cf versions. The cutjack is a good beater. Depends what your looking for as the elementum is a thinly hollow ground slicer where the cutjack is flat ground and thicker Bte. The cutjack is on washers and doesnt flip nearly as nice as a ball bearing Civivi if that matters to you. I do really dig Civivis for budget blades considering their value for what you get and theres plenty of models to choose from. I own several.
