Civivi Pivot Spinning

Just got my new Civivi Ortis in twill carbon fiber and damascus. Love the blade, the handle shape, the clip, almost everything. The one thing I didn't like was the blade was slightly favoring the show side. In my past experience this is just due to the lock bar pushing on the blade and can be fixed with a quick tightening of the pivot. When i went to do so I noticed it was incredibly difficult to do so and then I noticed that the civivi logo on the other side was actually spinning with the pivot. Given this side has no tooling there is nothing to do to stop this from just spinning when trying to loosen or tighten the pivot. Has anyone seen this in their civivi blades or found a solution to this? At this point even after heating the pivot and turning it is beginning to severely strip the pivot screw.

Should be keyed under show pivot.
Push down on it while rotating and it should drop into place. Reference stock photo for how it should line up

Yes I have it lined up thats not the issue. It looks like the problem is that there is so much locktite in the pivot that they D shape or keyed side simply deformed or stripped out when I screw the knife. So the CIVIVI logo is in the right position currently, but when i got to screw the tooled side of the pivot with a TORX number 8 bit the other side with the logo just spins with the screw. Pushing my finger on the logo side obviously isn't enough to do the job given the locktite was strong enough to overcome the D shaped pivot.
