What size is the allen pivot screw on the civie? One of my civies could use a little tuning...

Is it metric or standard???

The civie is my favorite spydie

Copis, Metric is Standard as metre is SI-unit (international system of units). It is you there behind the big pond that measure things with foots and other bodyparts;).
I don't remember wrench size I always end trying at least three.

My ansver wasn't wery constructive. Because I'm now still at work (and browsing here) I can't measure the wrench but it is about 2mm that would convert to something like 1/12inch. I don't know if there is that sized (1/12inch) wrench. I keep my wrenches in a box imperial and metric in a muddle :o so my way is trial and error technique...

2.5mm Boy am I glad I just picked up a Civy so I could answer that question. I best go pick up some more Spyders so I can be more helpful on the forum. Wait, is that an excuse to go Spyder shopping?

Ian,

Thanks for the help! Dont you just love the civie? may I suggest you need another civie? Carbon fiber? plain edge? maybe a leftie? GREAT BLADE!!!

Thanks again!

Bill

I do like it but considering my lifestyle, I doubt (and hope) it never is used, although, the next time I get a scowl from someone when I'm opening a box with my Cricket, I can look at them and say "your right. What was I thinking. Wrong knife." then take out the Civy and slash wildly at the box saying things like "bad box! Bad! This will teach you!". ;)

Actually, next on my list is the Chinook, then a Harpy, then...

Ian
