I hope that someone from Buck will drop in and give us an update on how Joe is doing. There are a lot of us who are concerned.

When I stopped in at Buck yesterday I asked and the guy in the warrenty dept said he heard he was doing ok.

Information I have is that surgery was scheduled for today at 11:40am PST and was to take about four hours; however, it was delayed somewhat so it should be currently ongoing.

Thanks for the information. When I posted this, CJ was on the forum and I was hoping he'd see it and respond.

You could be right about that, but just a "Joe's doing fine" would be enough. That shouldn't violate any of the new privacy rules. :)

I've had so many e-mail "conversations" with Joe and he's done so much for me, that he feels like part of my extended family. :)

Same here,he is doing fine i'm sure ,an update would be nice, email him and i bet he will respond as soon as he sees it:)

He told me in his last e-mail that he would be trying to access his computer at work if possible when he was able and if not he would try to visit the forum (from a home computer I suppose).

Looking forward to seeing a lot of Joe here as he recovers!!!

Think it'll give us some time to pick his brain about collectible Bucks!!???

Hope so!!!

:)

He is planning on getting back to work asap,he did say he wouldn't be allowed to drive for some time, and was hoping he could hitch a ride to work,LOL,Joe is having surgery and still worried about customers, thats hard core.lol,I wish Joe a speedy recovery.

I was emailed third-hand that all is well, he should get tubes out and start some breathing stuff today and most likely go home Monday. Surrounded by family.
And many of us hovering in the background mists.

Thanks Craig . I probably recieved the same e-mail but it was very encouraging and up beat concerning Joe's procedure as all went well . There will be some hurdles during the next 3 days that our track star will jump and were hoping this goes well . This was hereditary and usually not detected until later in life . Thanks to all his friends for their concern and prayers . DM
