My sister, just met CJ in Grand Junction, CO Sunday at Cabela's for there Grand Opening... She got me a autograph picture and she got a 110 signed... Where is my 110 ??? She just laughed at me... :( ... Next time... :D

Chuck Buck, is coming to Bass Pro in my town in August in Cucamonga, CA ...

Met Chuck Buck at the BassPro grand opening in Calgary last year... great guy. He autographed my 110, too.
 
Always have fun at these events. Great to meet people and hear first hand what they like and don't like. Cabelas had put together these 8.5x11 pictures for all their pro-staff to autograph and they did one for me too...surprised and flattered...

I had some left over so am going to bring some to Blade show just for fun

It was nice to see folks spending money again. This was the only grand opening for Cabelas this year and it looks like it will be a very successful store...took over a Mervyn's right at one end of the mall. The doorway to the mall was surrounded by rock and looked very cool.
 
You know...not all the trips are planned out in advance. Some events are like the fall hunting carnivals Bass Pro puts on. Sometimes I am in an area with time to kill between set appointments and try to make the most of it. Now Willey knives is Dad's baby and I think he will be there again this year.
