Ladies & Gents,
Anyone own a CKF Krokar and if so, what do you think of it?

Thanks for your time and for any info. you can provide.
Stay safe, birdave.

It's an art knife. If you like it and want it in your collection, get it. Other than that it's not something anyone here is going to actually use.

That thing looks massive in the pocket. Not a big fan of that bit of exposed edge when closed.

Mo2,
Thanks for the input. I've seen couple of YouTube videos about it and I thought I'd ask if anyone here has one. Seems as if it was created to invent a new locking mechanism. My collection is already too big, with way too many safe queens...if I get it, I doubt I'd ever use it. Thanks again, stay safe, birdave.

Dfunk1210,
I hear you about its size! Not too concerned about the exposed part of the edge. Thanks for weighing in.

Easily the least appealing design I've seen from CKF. Now the new front flipper collaboration from Philippe Jourget, that is one incredible looking knife.

I agree Officer's Match...one sweet looking knife!
And thank you bobobama for the compliment on my avatar...I think you were talking about mine...

It's definitely a beastly looking knife, I was tempted but there are some annoying small design queues I dislike, so I couldn't pull the trigger (being able to see exposed sharp edge when closed and generally not a fan of backlock type locks.) So for that kind of money I really have to like a knife.
The Tuff Knives and Jourget Collabs are very tempting though.

b00n,
Thanks for weighing in.
I'm going to close this thread and I'm going to pass on the Krokar.
Too much money for this knife for something I would probably be uncomfortable carrying (size wise).

Thanks to everyone for your opinions and your time, truly appreciated.
Stay safe, birdave.
