I’m pretty sure they’re made in Russia, you may know something I don’t though.Yeah….Made In China
I believe they are made in Russia. I just ordered the Satori 2.0 and I'm seriously considering the Evo 3.0. Super excited!Made in Russia, CKF is considered to be near the very top end of production knives, maybe right behind Koenig, but better than We Knives or similar. I’ve owned the Satori 2.0 and the Snafu, incredible knives overall, detent was perfection, drop shut action is some of the best out there for high end production. The hand rubbed blades are simply gorgeous. Not sure why the Dawkind said they’re made in China, unless he knows something I don’t.
Similar to many products claimed as "Made in USA with Global Components".Oh, well….here’s what I found, YMMV.
I guess the China part doesn’t count…
Custom Knife Factory
Custom Knife Factory might sound like an ambiguous name but it's definitely one worth remembering. Their knives are mid-tech by definition but the quality definitely borderlines on full custom. They have a CNC machine shop in China that does some of the legwork but all the hand fit and finishing is done in house in their Moscow shop. They use top of the line materials made in the USA and designs from some of the most talented knife designers in the world.”
Don’t recall EVER seeing that on ANYTHING but then again I’m an old American Redneck and buy custom knives anyway…have fun with your semantics.Similar to many products claimed as "Made in USA with Global Components".
Like many Dewalt tools in my garage (https://www.dewalt.com/dewalt-dna/made-in-the-usa-with-global-materials)Don’t recall EVER seeing that on ANYTHING but then again I’m an old American Redneck and buy custom knives anyway…have fun with your semantics.![]()
