Next we visited Neil Ostroff’s table (True North Knives). Neil brought along a spectacular array of custom tacticals from makers like Brad Duncan, Terzuola, Elishewitz, Centofante, and many more. Neil’s selection of Elishewitz folders is particularly stunning. Here’s a pic of Neil with the Darrel Ralph Mad Max Bullnose (an exclusive to his store) followed by a couple of shots of his table.

The Pro-Edge table was right next to Neil’s. They also had a great selection of tacticals…once again, they “introduced” me to knives I had been yearning to see (a Strider and a Busse) and I thank them for that. They also had my favourite knife of the show, a Crawford Raptor Thrust. A pic of their table and a closeup of the Crawford follow below.

(note the thumb depression in the middle of the scales to allow you to easily twirl the knife into reverse grip)

Thanks Keith...I think we should thank Murray for all his help too!

Thanks RL and Murray. One of the best, if not the best show reviews I have seen posted. It is great to see so many fine knives, even more enjoyable is to see so many faces of some great folks many of us have gotten to know a little here and via other venues.

Thanks for taking the time to put all of this together.
