So, that about covers it. As you can probably tell, I really enjoyed this show. I think the selection of knives on hand was outstanding (and there were A LOT of tacticals for those of you who think they are on the way out!)…in fact, most of us bought something…Eaphan bought a Frigault and another, Murray bought a Weston, Holger bought everything in sight,

and I got my Lightfoot…I saw at least 6-7 other knives I would have liked to buy as well…

a few more knives before the end

Thanks to all the knifemakers for making this all happen…

Until next time (Bud Weston and son, and Cristoff Derringer)

Great shots!
PS,
That Wally Hayes waki is the one he made for me. I wish I could post a closeup of it: it's superb. Top and bottom edges are both sharp with beautiful twin hamons and guard. I was at the show only briefly this year and didn't get a chance to talk to everybody, but it was a great show.

RL, you just set the NEW standard for 'proper knife show reporting'!

Thanks so much for your time in doing the pics and editing and the commentary! I missed a great show, but I didn't!

My fave was the Donald Bell table.... Ahhhhhh...

I really want to thank you guys for all the effort that you put out. That was one great show report. Next year, you are hired to do it again. Same pay as this year. :D

Great job on covering the show, I was there too and wondered what was going on with all the photo's being taken. Thanks for taking the time to show off our wonderful Canadian talent to fellow knife admirers!

I don't remember what I was wearing, but that may have been what I was wearing. Probably was.
