well folks, after our beloved marc drank some mashed cat mash, and smoked some salmon river quiver, i was able to convince him to join the Clan of the Cave Skunk! i'm sorry to say he will never be the same man again.

once he recovers (if he recovers) you can expect prompt service and preferential treatment. i am now pleased to announce the busse custom shop will only be making swords:D

our water here in idaho used to be clean and pristine. as you can see marc made short work of that:barf:

a very cold snap started the river to freeze, fishing was slow to say the least. marc can tell us more about fishing later.

wheres the fish though? That water looks like bass country, not trout!
 
guy, you will have to talk to marc about the fish. the river is the Salmon River, (salmon) it once was one of the largest spawning grounds of salmon and steelhead trout. (till marc showed up)
there are some bass at the mouth of it, but not up higher.

I have a good idea of where we could spend the next BCK get together this winter;)

that makes sense...Chuck has too much money invested in Busse shares and not enough to pay for repairs, or a new car!
 
Hey! How do you smoke salmon? I tried a couple of times, but I can't keep the dang things lit.;)
