Clarification of required membership status before selling some micarta?

I have a Knifemakers membership. I'm wanting to do a bulk sale of micarta to knifemakers. This is extra material sitting in my shop.

But it isn't just a few pieces of scrap laying about, it is about 175 pounds of material, which will make up about 7 medium flat rate boxes. I figure that's kinda borderline?

Can I sell this as a Knifemaker or do I need a dealer membership?

As long as this is a one-time clearance of extra material (or a rare event if repeated) your Knifemaker membership covers it.
