Nice rakish-looking knife. The thumb-lever looks a lot handier than the pull ring you see on a lot of similar mechanisms. How does that discontinuous handle feel in the hand?

Thanks for watch this post.

The knife has got 4 locks, In spain this is know like "carraca" for the crack-crack-crack sound that the mecanism do.

thats an extraordinary locking mechanism, thanks for sharing, from the video it looks like it can be locked in any of those positions, is my assumption correct? that would be VERY useful to get into odd places or tasks:thumbup:

Very cool! I've been looking at those lately... Might have to get another. Yours looks great! Very useful blade shape.
I've only got one "carraca" knife; it's made by JJ Martinez (Albacete). This knife is huge, with 6 inches of blade. The sound it makes is really unmistakable. It's great in the kitchen, and for cooking around a camp-fire. I would like to find a slightly smaller one, though, with a more "all-purpose" blade shape... and in carbon steel, rather than stainless.
Here's a pic of mine...
Alex
