Thank you , it's 220 on the blade, 180 on the guard and handle. Then I blast the entire knife and tumble it in ceramic media and Evaporust for about 30 mins.

Mind if I ask what you use as blasting media? The sand that I have used in the past gives a very coarse and unattractive finish.
