If I don't snag the one in you November knife sale I'll be asking you to please add my name to this list. Brad.

I love the design - just a bit tapped out in the cash department. Would the handle fit well in larger hands, or is that a thinner handle profile?

It`s the same handle size as the old model. I have large hands and it fits me well.

Good to see someone likes this one!

I don't see how you couldn't like it. Now that hunting season is over I plan to get a Kephart, Extreme Iris, and maybe one of your hawks on order in the next few months, but I have to pace my self. Do you ever do anything with Kitchen knives?

Looks great - but I just recently bought The Last Kephart to come out of the JK shop, and I'll be a bit short of knife funds for a while. . .

You got the last of my original Kephart, there will never be another one like it, kind of sad.

John, like I PM'd you after I received my Classic Kephart from the November sale, your execution of the original-style Classic Kephart was perfect, it's just that I (and apparently others) prefer your OWN interpretation, the JK Kephart, to the original. I even think Old Horace would've agreed.
Best Wishes,

Not tactical enough, too old fashioned.
Lacks a blood groove, needs some molle.
Where are the serrations?
Needs a kraton handle, preferably in Neon Green.
You should have made a video showing yourself attacking a hanging steer carcass with it
Put a hole in the blade for some O2 bottle wrenching
Maybe a glass buster somewhere and a gut hook

yeah, that's the ticket!

Horace lacked marketing skills for sure.

I wasn't on your forum when you offered your version, it does look awesome. That said, I am looking forward to trying a very close copy of Kephart's vision of what a knife should be! There is just something attractive about using a tool with that kind of history and legacy behind its design and being built to the highest standards by such a quality builder.

Haha that's funny, but some truth in it too! :o
