Does anyone know what the MM stands for on the classic large seb? BTW, I feel that CRK folders are among the best available (perhaps, the best) of folders, either factory or custom.
Their customer service is the best of any company I have ever had any dealing with period!!
Thanks!

"M" is the Roman character for "1,000".

They only had characters for "1", "5", "10", "50", "100" and "1000".

They used a combination of these characters to arrive (through addition or subtraction) in a single line to form more complex numbers.

So, "MM" = 2,000. That would be the Christian calender, not the Roman calendar.
