Classy Sheath Construction

I'm making a presentation grade knife for a client and he wants a nickel/silver throated/tipped sheath to match. All of my uneducated attempts thus far have ended in less than presentation grade results on these areas of the sheath. I need some sort of resource to turn to for instructional purposes regards making the metal parts for this sheath. Does anyone know of a reasonably priced resource covering this topic and where I might obtain such?

Bruce Evans' metal sheath tutorial is what came to mind. The same process applies to making the throat and tip. Good luck!
